Considering that the bug occurs rarely is in stable/icehouse branch, do you think it's important to fix it?

@Eugene, I think the bug is worth being debugged. It indicates that some unexpected exception occurred, and I suspect that logs may reveal a real problem in either core or plugin code. Any bug is worth some non-trivial triaging.
