The VM boots incorrectly, the SSH service does not start, and the connection fails.

Only observed with neutron, 1 gate hit in 7 days.
No hint about the issue in syslog or libvirt logs.

Why would this bug report no longer affect nova? Last time I checked Nova is used to create VM's.

If the file system boots up in read only mode, why Neutron would be at fault, here?

Honestly, I'm not really sure how what's here is actionable.

This is a genuine bug, next steps would be to try and figure out under what circumstances the file system created for the VM is in read only mode. Imo an INVALID status in completely unjustified.

The logs are deleted now and i am unable to check logs. Also, how a VM can boot incorrectly?
please provide more info regarding this.
