Bug Description

There are cases within the current nuage plugin code where upon exceptions the right error msgs are not reported back. While Nuage backend supports and supplies these errors correctly, plugin needs to proxy them back to users in a clean fashion.

This bug is > 365 days without activity. We are unsetting assignee and milestone and setting status to Incomplete in order to allow its expiry in 60 days.
