Hi Albert: do you happen to know the the hash that introduced the change? To the best of my knowledge, this does not look like a regression. I don't understand your point about routers and keeping behaviors consistent, switching router's admin status to down does not affect the status of FIP, just like switching the network's admin status to down does not affect the status of ports.
Am I missing something?
