iptables manager, unable to remove a chain not starting with the binary_name

Bug Description

With the iptables_manager I'm able to add a chain with an arbitrary name, but when I try to remove or empty the chain, the chain or its rules remain

    Add wrap_name param to the iptables_manager class

    Use this optional parameter instead
    of binary_name to wrap the chain names.
