Bug Description
Due to a recent change in nova's VIF plugging code, all Quantum plugins which were earlier using libvirt_ovs_bridge config are affected. This s being addressed in Nova to make the change backward compatible. Meanwhile, this can also be fixed on the Quantum plugin side by supporting the Port Binding Extension.
