v2 dashboard: firewall should be renamed to firewall_group

Bug Description

In FWaaS v2 API, there is no resource named 'firewall'. The top level resource is "firewall group".
"firewall" in the v2 dashboard code should be renamed to 'firewall_group'.

    Cleanup 'firewall' usage in v2 dashboard (part 1)

    This commit cleans up usage of 'firewall' (in favor of
    'firewall group') in the API wrapper layer and messages.
