Bug Description
The 1:1 static IP mapping for floating-ip does not seem to take effect within VPP.
Even after adding the static mapping from an external pool, the dynamic IP address of the interface is being used when traffic is routed to external networks.

Fix released in the L3 HA Patch.
The fix is to clear all dynamic NAT sessions belonging to the IP before adding a 1:1 NAT mapping for this IP Address.
