Bug Description

Currently, many debugs statements are kind of useless when debugging as there are no associated UUIDs to track in logs. Improve log debugs for networking-plumgrid plugin. Resource IDs should be referenced.

    Add associated UUIDs to track logs

    Currently there were many debugs statements that were kind of useless
    when debugging as there was no associated UUIDs to track in logs.

    This commit improves log debug statements.
