Bug Description
to support better consumption of ovs with dpdk a known issues file should be added to the docs dir
to document know issue that are frequently encounters when first using ovs with dpdk and openstack.
a link to the known issues document should be added to the main readme for ease of discovery.
a version compatible matrix showing known working version of ovs,dpdk,qemu and libvirt should be
added to clearly state what versions have been tested and are known to work.
