Bug Description

Neutron has networking API tests in neutron that aren't also in tempest. We should run the tests from neutron for features that we have implemented.

Note that there's a bit of a messy history here and there's some work going on to eliminate the overlap between tempest and the API tests in neutron: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/neutron-tempest-defork

I believe this is already fixed [0] ?

We are currently running the neutron_tempest_plugin.api tests as part of the tempest jobs (both against a released and master version of OVS) on the gate.
