Bug Description
The readme.rst contains few pieces of information no longer accurate. Here is the list
1. The script currently setup three nodes devstack in stead of 2
2. The provisioning referenced is now named virtualbox.
3. Need a bit more instruction on how to change the conf.yml such as the ip address so that VB won't break if the host-only network does not match what the script expects.

Make vagrant README.rst more accurate
the README.rst contains few errors in terms configuration file, number
of nodes. It also misses few pieces of critical information such as the
VM password, horizon login userid and password. This patch fixes these problems.
