Bug Description

When using latest code from master branch of the neutron, networking-opencontrail generates and exception. The exception comes from the fact that register_port_dict_function() method has been deprecated in neutron/db/potbindings_base.py

Also, allow http and https as methods for keystone authentication

Make driver compatible with latest Neutron code

Removed the method that has been deprecated from Neutron
Also, updated the driver code to allow for https and http
without requiring to have a cafile in /opt/stack/data
