Bug Description

I installed the neutron openstack-neutron-13.0.7-1.el7.noarch and networking-odl 16.0.0, and when the neutron-server.serverivce started ,it can't start normally. Below is the neutron-server's log:

2020-06-30 02:57:25.119 14622 CRITICAL neutron.plugins.ml2.managers [-] The 'opendaylight_v2 = networking_odl.ml2.mech_driver_v2:OpenDaylightMechanismDriver' entrypoint could not be loaded for the following reason: ''module' object has no attribute 'TRUNK_PLUGIN''.

Why not using 16.0.0 from neutron?
