Bug Description
The way tests are currently setup and according to neutron guidelines [1] they need not to cleanup after the things they setup as the database is dropped after each test and re-created. The problem, however, is that throughout all tests networking-odl uses a single instance of ODL and it is not cleaned up between tests. The result is that tests can fail because of another test.
