Bug Description

Could not find a simple way in documentation to specify a specific branch to clone.
Default installs master branch.

ie.

NETWORKING_ODL_BRANCH=stable/liberty

This is already support by enable_plugin.
Update networking-odl/devstack/README.rst would be good.
