Bug Description
Remove the following tags:
2014.1.3+1.1
2014.1.3+1.2
2014.1.3+1.2.rc0
2014.1.3+1.2.rc1
2014.1.3-1.0
2014.1.3-1.1.rc0
2014.1.4+1.0
2014.2+1.0
2014.2+1.0.rc0
2014.2+1.0.rc1
2014.2+1.0.rc2
2014.2+1.0.rc3

2014.2.2+1.0
2014.2.3.1.1
2015.1+1.0.rc0
2015.1+1.0.rc1
while they serve no purposes these days, they causes troubles with pbr.

Tag deletion isn't typically supported because deleting tags on our
Gerrit server does not remove the tags from any downstream repos. As I
understand it the PBR 1.9.1 release addressed the issues with these tags
and PBR. Can you confirm that this is working now and if so close the
tag deletion bug as wontfix or invalid?
