Bug Description
if enable https redirect on fgt and use http/80 in ml2 plugin config, the plugin will repeatedly establish new login session to generate new cookies, using up the 100 admin login quickly.
currently, the limitation is to match the configuration on both sides. need to add an intelligent way to switch to correct mode.
