Bug Description

Originally the host to interface mapping assumed any config without a reserved word was a host/interface mapping. Even if someone made a typo with a reserved word, it was interpreted as host/interface mapping.
This method of configuration was deprecated by host_ports_mapping config dictionary.

    Remove deprecated host/interface map config

Originally the host to interface mapping assumed any config without a
reserved word was a host/interface mapping. Even if someone mistyped
a reserved word, it was interpreted as host/interface mapping. This
changeset removes this method of configuration which is now deprecated
    by the host_ports_mapping config dictionary.
