Reproduce the bug:
Create about 20 network, subnet and router. Add the internal network to the router interface. Sleep for 5 seconds.
Delete the router, subnet and network.
Repeat this loop for about 30 times.
We see that at some points there is a Gateway timeout error
neutron CLI is deprecated and will be removed in the future. Use openstack CLI instead.
