Bug Description
UCS Manager deployments commonly use VNIC Templates to manage the configuration of a number of vNICs that need to be configured identically. By adding VLAN configuration to the VNIC Template on the UCS Manager directly, that VLAN can be added to a number of vNICs that use the same Template.

VNIC Template support in ML2 UCS Manager plugin
These set of changes introduce UCS Manager VNIC Template support
to the ML2 UCSM plugin.
