Bug Description
It is common for UCS Manager deployments to use Service Profile Templates to bring up UCS Servers. The UCS Manager plugin was able to configure only Service Profiles that required the Service Profiles to be unbound to their respective Service Profile Templates. With this feature, the UCS Manager would be able to directly configure the Service Profile Template.

Service Profile Template Support in Cisco UCSM ML2 driver
These set of changes introduce support for UCS Manager Service
Profile Templates to the ML2 UCSM plugin.
UTs would be added as part of bug #1562932
