Remove n1kv client entrypoints for Liberty
The python- neutronclient version for Liberty (3.x) will not include /review. openstack. org/219484 had to be reverted until Mitaka.

Thus the cisco repo can also not release a version with these client
command entrypoints in Liberty. The entrypoints will be re-instated
in the Mitaka release.
