Bug Description
The situation in fact is that we continue to test networking-calico master with OpenStack Kilo, Liberty and Mitaka (using our own private CI), as well as (using OpenStack CI) with Neutron master.
There should be something in the networking-calico repo that clearly states this - and also what options exist for anyone wanting to use networking-calico with an even older OpenStack release.
