Bug Description
When we use an MPLS/GRE (or, in the future MPLS/UDP), the creation of br-mpls can be done automatically by the driver. This avoids having to do additional system configuration in this simple case.
(system configuration to plug a physical interface or a VLAN in br-mpls is required when MPLS/Eth is the goal)
