TrackerWorker: use decorators for best_route_removed, new_best_routes

Instead of directly calling best_route_removed, new_best_routes, the code uses intermediate method to call best_route_removed or new_best_routes inside try/except blocks. The same could be achieved in a much more elegant way using a decorator.
