Bug Description
OVS before release 2.8, does not support standard MPLS-over-GRE, but instead does MPLS-over-
OVS 2.8 allows the support for standard compliant MPLS-over-GRE and networking-bagpipe needs to be extended to support the creation of OVS tunnel port with this option set.
