It happens on both home and office

The issue is not like mine. At my case 'systemctl restart network-manager' does the job.

It happens to me even by disabling wifi and re-enabling it again.

"iwlist scan" seems to always help me (less drastic than restarting the NM). Different laptops, some were upgraded to 16.04 and I did not see that issue on those boxes before 16.04.
