Bug Description
I am attempting to install Netrunner 14.2 onto a new laptop (PC Specialist). Right at the end of the installation, there is an error message just stating that Grub2 failed to install. The laptop was built on 25 Jan 2016 with the latest Intel chip sets : based around the i5-6300 cpu with 8GB ram and 1TB hybrid disc.. Mint 17.3 was installed successfully; however, there were other problems with Mint e.g. the Intel 8260 wifi did not work at all. Apparently, there is a bug in iwlwifi. Other information: UEFI: American Megatrends (buggy? -- in a Gigabyte mini-PC I have, also with American Megatrends UEFI - it is aweful!).
Very Frustrating! More information available if required.
