sturgeon upgrades apply themselves

On a Sturgeon server, when trying to select a category for a upgrade, pressing the number key for the category applies the upgrade in the category that is the same as the number key for the category it is in.

Probably a feature of the Windows client that has not been backported.

Task is probably to determine how the Windows client handles the key
sequence and then figure out how to have COW do the same thing.

This is not a packaging bug, it should be pushed upstream. Upstream
recognises it as a defect in the upstream code.

1. what client and version were you using?

2. is the same problem reproducible using another client?

The problem description suggests that it might be a server problem, in
which case this bug should be moved to the server upstream, and closed
in this client packaging bug tracker.

Client version used: 3.2.10 - Current Stable (from http://netrek.org/files/COW). Same problem is not reproducible in Paradise 2000. Tested on server netrek.beeseenterprises.com.
