Bug Description

I think I have tried every possible configuration to get vlan bridges to work with QEMU/KVM/VIRT-MANAGER but it's just not possible!

Thanks for your bug report, can you please explain in more detail what exactly you tried and what the intended outcome would be?

Ideally, providing some examples that you tried from your /etc/netplan/*.yaml configuration files.
