Ability to generate netplan file based on current network configuration

Bug Description

I'd like to be able to generate a netplan file based on my current network configuration as a start point, instead of having to start from a blank file every time I'm setting up a server.

That's a very good idea!
It could also help with migrating from another networking system to Netplan, transforming the existing network state into Netplan YAML configuration.

It could look something like "netplan status --format=network-v2 > /etc/netplan/my_config.yaml".

Changed in netplan:
status: New → Triaged
importance: Undecided → Wishlist
