Bug Description
Currently there is no way in netplan to instruct systemd-networkd to ignore DNS in IPv6RA (i.e. producing a new "[IPv6AcceptRA]" section with "UseDns=no")
Probably a new netplan mapping is need like dhcp6-overrides.
Proposed names for the new mapping: ipv6acceptra-
Any name will work it just need to be consistent.
