Bug Description
networkd supports user-class as UserClass but there is no way with netplan to configure this option. Same for vendor class.
Request that:
[1] add support for these options
[2] in documentation, explain what encoding us being used as networkd. When using this as an example:https:/
ISC DHCPD log debug of this option shows #006foobar but dhcpd-eval examples (x06foobar | foobar) in the above link don't work with what's sent via networkd. It would be good to understand what is actually sent by networkd so we can configure dhcp-eval to match what's sent.
Thanks

I'm marking this as a feature request.
Do you know if there is any similar setting to configure NetworkManager (as netplan's 2nd backend renderer, so we could implement this feature in parity)?
