Bug Description
Version: 0.40.1~18.04.4
After installing a new host (pxe bionic netboot.tar.gz 2019-02-09) with dhcpv6 (no ipv4 during installation), netplan config is empty:

ethernets:

I would expect it to be:

renderer: networkd
version: 2
ethernets:
ens3:
dhcp6: yes
