netplan wifis should support more wpa_supplicant conf options by ap

wpa_supplicant support many useful options to *capture* a wifi ap connection.

Without network-manager, netplan cannot handle too much capability of wpa_supplicant. In that case, suggest to support more keywords gradually in yaml
