Bug Description
There appears to be no way to set options for vlan interfaces in netplan beyond id and link.
reorder_hdr, and loose_binding in particular (LooseBinding in man systemd.netdev) for example.
This is also a netplan package in 18.04 repos that will crush the netplan executable and manpage installed by netplan.io if installed. The motif thing is some sort of planner app.
If some features like vlan options are not yet implemented, please just give us a nice disclaimer in your documentation so people don't waste time trying to find the right way to do things with the new netplan.io stack when one doesn't exist yet.
