Bug Description
Netplan is a great way to configure a device. It supports DNS already, but I'd argue the NTP is a closely related component that often needs to be configured in tangent. Would it be possible to add NTP support in Netplan?

I have nothing against it, but the configuration of NTP requires magic in new places (at least for the NetworkManager backend, since NM doesn't do NTP by itself). For the networkd backend this is relatively straightforward.
Seems like it might also be an easy feature to implement, so I'm adding the bitesize tag here to denote that. New contributors should feel free to write the implementation for this (should be as simple as adding a new field in parse.c/parse.h for all device types, and having the networkd backend add a NTP= key when the field is present).
