Drag icons too sensitive in Home aka ume-launcher

The latest Netbook Remix is excellent and a vast improvement on previous versions.

However, there is still one very annoying default which involves the sensitivity when clicking or dragging icons. More often than not I end up dragging an icon on the Home screen rather than clicking it.

I think the default 'drag sensitivity' should be decreased to prevent accidental dragging when clicking an application icon. This has plagued ume-launcher for several versions, but hopefully can be easily fixed?
