Bug Description

I installed UNR on my Q10 air+ (Notebook from mobile service provider in austria) and updated, after that the panel was away. I tried to google for help but i don't could find any fix.

This may be the same issue as #576696.

I found a solution that worked for me for #576696. Could you try that, please?
