Bug Description
I use Jaunty UNR in the usual classic desktop style. I noticed that
inkscape and gnu paint have no left, right bottom window borders when
they start. Also dragging from title bar doesnt work.
But after pressing maximize button the borders reappear and i can resume
normaly.
