German Language - Add/Remove app shows icons in English

Environment used for testing:
German Language installed
Summary:
When the add/remove app is open on a German language unit the icons show up in English
AND the dropdown menu SHOW has the word support applications in English also
Steps to Reproduce:
Start unit with German Language support
Administartion>
Expected result:
Icons should display in German and SHOW menu should also be German
Actual result:
Translation is not complete for icons and SHOW menu

Using Dell Mini 9 with UNR 1.0.1, I was able to recreate this bug.
