Unable to close popup "could not Authenticate"

Environment used for testing:

Summary: Theuser attempts to change the system time/date.
When the user lets the Authenticate request timeout, a popup appears on top of the Authenticate request popup stating:
Could not Authenticate
An unexpected error has occured.

The user cannot close this "Could not Authenticate" popup when they click on Close

The user must first hit Cancel in the window "Authenticate", which under the "Could not Authenticate" error window.
Then click close in the Could not Autheticate" error window.

Steps to Reproduce:
Start Unit

Either right click the date time in right hand corner and choose "adjust date/time
OR
Administration> Time and Date

Click unlock

Authenticate popup appears.

Let system request time out

"Could not Authenticate" popup appears over "Authenticate" popup.

Try to close popup by clicking Close

Expected result:
User should be able to close a popup that is over another popup.

Actual result:
Popup will close when button is pushed

Using Dell Mini 9, UNR 1.0.1, I was able to recreate this bug.
