Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

On upgrading to maverick netbook-launcher is no longer available. I can either choose netbook-launcher-efl (which does not look as nice) or Unity (bletch).

I notice that Unity is to be the new default launcher for netbooks which is all well and good, but what about choice? netbook-launcher is now a transitional package in order for you to foist Unity upon us.

Please consider including the original netbook-launcher for those of us who prefer it.

My machine no longer works as expected and so I consider this a bug.

netbook-launcher has to be ported to clutk3 and the new clutter.

I made a call in July for someone to step up and take the maintainership and do that work. Unfortunately nobody answers. If you want to support it and make the port, I'll be more than happy to include it again.

as told, no need to add an upstream, task, it's a wont fix as well as long as nobody wants to handle the project.
