The feature you're asking for is not part of Ubuntu One, but rather Ubuntu Desktop Remix. I'm going to attempt to move it to the correct project.

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. Could you be a bit more specific in what you mean about fully transparent windows for UNR?

See enclosed jpg for Vista transparent windows. Love UNR 9.10 to have the same. So when I click around Favourites, I can still see my wallpaper background--and not just 3/4's of it.
