Bug Description

Neil has added word wrapping so that text for desktop items wraps, which is good, but no hyphen is inserted.

So, need to insert a hyphen at the wrap point, and, if possible, wrap on a syllable boundary.

So I don't forget: Unless Pango develops support for this, we'll need to ideally write our own label which talks with Pango and draws a hyphen at the end of character wrapped lines.
