"Remove favourite" doesn't make sense when not dragging an icon

Bug Description

When you are in the "Favorite" tab, the "Remove favorite" option appears to the left with a Trash icon (I don't think having the same icon as the system trash is a good idea ...). Clicking on it doesn't trigger any action.

In my opinion, the "Remove favorite" option should only appear when you are moving a favorite icon or should be a link to the system trash changing to remove favorite when the user is moving an item.

I agree here. At least, to match GNOME HIG, the "Remove Favorite" entry should be grayed when no icon is selected.

Agreed, I am also not convinced with the way we remove favourites at the moment. This needs to change to something easier to use. Maybe having an 'edit' mode for the favourites, where the user can remove icons by clicking rather than d-n-d?
