Bug Description

Unauthenticated users are no redirected to login page, the following error is displayed:
"nginx 404 Not found"

Cluster installation: minikube start --memory=4g --driver=docker
Nebulous manually installed following the wiki.

As an unauthenticated user visit:

NebulOuS web UI shows an alert indicating that the user is not logged in and redirects the user to the login screen.
