Bug Description
Add functionality to GUI (cloud definitions) that will filter providers by regions.
How to express the message?
-what to do if that list is empty?
- How to filter node candidates by cloud? Ask SAL or filter out candidates afterwards by hand?
- Do we still allow edge candidates (not part of any cloud)? etc
