test and release NearBy 1.2

Release Process: (1) Pass CE QA, (2) Pass OTA6 regression test, (3) release to both market and OTA6 image.

This is the first version of Nearby scope to be based on lp:scope-aggregator (Today, News and Photos have been scope-agg based for a while.) Scope agg projects get auto-craeted enable/disable child scope settings, among other things.

1. Timeout result doesn't show up , I tried both real location (Taipei) and Fake location (London), but can't see the result from timeout.
2. ATM still link to child scope.

Also, I am seeing the correct (from test plan) link to child results for ATMs with nearby 1.2 as follows
On the Move: ATMs, link to child
I'm Hungry: ATMs, no link to child
I'm Thirsty: ATMs, no link to child
I'm Stressed: ATMs, no link to child

Hi Ethan,

Based on your comments in the test results spreadsheet, I don't think you were testing the attached nearby 1.2 scope (attached to this bug in comment #1).

For example, you said you do not see settings to enable/disable every child scope:

"There is no options to choose to remove . as noted in tests, this test does not apply to Nearby until Nearby is scope-aggregator based"

But, nearby 1.2 *is* scope-aggregator based and so there are settings to enable each and every child scope. Please see attached screenshot.

@ethan, I can see 4 result in nearby from timeout with location:

Currently, only ATMs link to child is an issue for this scope. I check with Ycheng and he also seeing this issue.

Your results for ATM link to child in different departments make me think you may not be testing the right click.

I just retested using the click attached to this bug in comment #1.

Here are my test results [1] with screenshots, which all PASS against the test doc [2].
